Meet Teresa
Hi there! I'm Teresa. I am obsessed with helping women create the lives they truly want to live. Often we are held back by self limiting beliefs, mom guilt, burnout, and lack of self care. If that's you, you're not alone, I promise!Where did my journey begin? Well, as you probably know, our world has very defined definitions of what’s “right” and “wrong” and I always felt the pressure to be perfect. I had a lot of harsh commentary from my inner critic and was never sure where I fit in.Why is this important? Because I worked really hard to do everything "the right way." And still I just knew that I wasn’t doing a good enough job. I constantly put up a front that I had it all together. It was so exhausting and I felt like such a fake. It was also incredibly lonely. I had no idea that other people deal with those same feelings.Now, I get to help you overcome those types of obstacles as well!Bio: I live in Colorado and I love the Rocky Mountains.
I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2021 and have been learning a lot from this new perspective.

I am a personal development junkie, tarot reader, and a craft nerd - I like all the crafts and artsy endeavors.
I adore my family. I have been married to my awesome partner, Dan, for 15 years and we have three amazing kids.
